"“Belanga” comes from a Malay word of “Periuk Belanga” which referred as types of cooking appliances such as pan and wok. The owner loves to use this words every time she begin her cook. Thus, she get inspired from the thing she usually say and her cooking hobbies to transform it into a real food business that she really passion about and named as “Belanga Malaysia Food Heritage”."
