Behind Bars is a little cocktailbar in the centre of Utrecht.
Here you can enjoy great modern and classic cocktails in a no-nonsense atmosphere.

Geschiedenis

What?
At Behind Bars Cocktailbar we make the drink you are looking for. You can choose a classic, modern or tiki cocktail from our varied menu or choose something together with our barstaff which may or may not be on the menu.
We take pride in every product we serve.

What to drink?
With a wide range of cocktails on the menu and the available cocktails outside of the menu we specialise in Japanese whisky, rum and American whiskey and bourbon.
Don't be afraid, we also serve a good beer, wine and have a wide variaty of soda's with and without alcohol.

Who?
We have an open door policy, everyone is welcome!
Unless you act in a way that we don't agree with or had too much too drink, we will serve you and be nice.
Mind to yourself and don't bother anyone.
And please, please.. keep your hands off of our bargear and beautifull stuff on the bar.

What else?
We are available for workshops, training, on-site catering and consultancy.
