Ayamama
Ayamama is een centrum voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling in Rotterdam. De praktijk heeft een grote ceremonieruimte van 60m2 en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Ayahuasca
De Ayahuasca wordt zelf gebrouwen en bestaat altijd uit twee planten. De ene plant bevat DMT en de andere bevat een MAO-remmer (MAOI). De MAO-remmer waar we bij Ayamama uitsluitend mee werken is Banisteriopsis Caapi (Ayahuasca) en de tweede plant is Mimosa Hostilis of Diplopterys Cabrerana (Chaliponga). Deze planten komen uit de Amazone.

Dieet
Het is belangrijk om een week van te voren het ayahuasca-dieet te volgen zodat de planten goed kunnen worden opgenomen in je lichaam en je geen last krijgt van hartkloppingen, hoge bloeddruk of hoofdpijn. Het wordt aangeraden om dit dieet ook nog drie dagen na de ceremonie aan te houden. Tussen het gebruik van drugs en een ayahuasca ceremonie moet minimaal één week zitten. Het is aan te raden zowel drie dagen vóór als na de ceremonie geen seksuele activiteit te hebben. Het is belangrijk dat er minimaal 5 uur gevast wordt voor een ayahuasca ceremonie en dus een nuchtere maag te hebben.

Drugs en medicijnen
Er zijn een aantal drugs die niet goed mixen met Ayahuasca. Als je medicatie gebruikt, controleer dan met ons of dit samengaat met ayahuasca. Laat ons minimaal twee weken van tevoren weten welke medicatie je gebruikt zodat er gecontroleerd kan worden of dit goed samengaat met ayahuasca. Wat absoluut niet in combinatie met ayahuasca kan: MAOI’s (antidepressiva zoals SSRI’s , XTC, MDMA), slaapmiddelen, verdovingsmiddelen, migraine medicatie, allergie medicatie, hoestremmende medicatie, sint-janskruid en neussprays.



Wat je niet mag eten
Rood vlees, bewerkte vis (gerookt, ingemaakt), gist, oude kaas, koffie, zwarte thee, ongekoelde zuivel, tuinbonen, rijpe avocado’s, rijpe bananen, frambozen, rozijnen, vijgen, pinda’s, knoflook, uien, alcohol, chocola, cafeïne, proteïne supplementen, verwerkt voedsel (geen E-stoffen), frisdrank, gefermenteerd voedsel (zuurkool, worst, sojasaus, tempeh, miso) en kant en klaar maaltijden. Vermijdt vet, zoet, zout en pittig eten.

Ayahuasca ceremonie
De ayahuasca wordt zelf gebrouwen zodat de juiste intenties erin zitten. De ceremonies zijn primair gericht op heling, wijsheid en het individuele proces staat centraal bij Ayamama. De gehele ceremonie wordt muzikaal begeleidt. Er wordt niet gepraat tijdens de ceremonie en we houden de groepen intiem met een maximaal van 12 deelnemers.
De aanvang van een ceremonie is 19:00 uur met thee, dan volgt er een uitleg over hoe de ceremonie zal verlopen. We beginnen rond 20:00 uur en een ceremonie duurt gemiddeld 6-8 uur. Na de ceremonie is er de mogelijkheid om soep te eten en ’s ochtends is er een ontbijt vanaf 9:30 uur. Kosten zijn €150 per ceremonie en €395 voor drie achtereenvolgende ceremonies.
Het is mogelijk om bij Ayamama privé ceremonies te doen of met een besloten vriendenkring te komen. Ook is het mogelijk om een ceremonie op locatie te organiseren vanaf minimaal 12 deelnemers. De prijzen hiervoor wijken af van de reguliere groepsceremonies. Stuur ons een berichtje als je hier meer over wilt weten.

Personal & Space clearing workshop
Tijdens deze hele dag durende workshop leer je hoe energetische blokkades ontstaan en hoe je deze kan verhelpen bij jezelf en in ruimtes om alles weer te laten stromen. Energetische blokkades kunnen bestaan uit trauma, oud zeer of entiteiten. Op deze manier bewerkstellig je balans in je persoonlijke energieveld en in je directe omgeving. Kosten van deze workshop zijn €200 inclusief eten en drinken.

Ayahuasca
The Ayahuasca is home-made and always consists of two plants. One plant contains DMT and the other plant contains a MAO-inhibitor (MAOI). De MAOI that we work with is Banisteriopsis Caapi (Ayahuasca) and the second plant is Mimosa Hostilis or Diplopterys Cabrerana (Chaliponga). These plants come from the Amazon.

Diet
It is important to start the diet at least a week before the ceremony. This is to make sure that the plants can be well absorbed by the body, to avoid palpitations of the heart, high blood pressure and headaches. It is advisable to follow the diet three days after the ceremony as well. Also the use of any kind of drugs should be stopped at least one week before the ceremony. It is recommended to have no sexual activity three days prior and after the ceremony. It is important that you stop eating at least 5 hours before the ceremony to ensure you have an empty stomach.

Drugs and medicines
There are some drugs that don’t mix well with ayahuasca. If you use any medication, make sure to check with us if it’s safe to keep using. Please let us know two weeks prior to the ceremony if you are taking any medication. Substances than can absolutely not be taken in combination with ayahuasca: MAOI’s (anti-depressants like SSRI’s, XTC, MDMA), sleeping pills, migraine medication, anti-histamine’s, cough syrup, St. John’s Worth and nose sprays.

What not to eat
Red meat, processed fish (smoked, pickled), yeast, old cheese, coffee, black tea, unrefrigerated dairy, broad beans, ripe avocado’s, ripe banana’s, raspberries, raisins, figs, peanuts, garlic, onion, alcohol, chocolate, caffeine, protein supplements, processed foods, light soda, no fermented foods (sauerkraut, salami, soja sauce, tempeh, miso) and prefab meals. Avoid fat, sugar, spices and salt.

Ayahuasca ceremonie
The ayahuasca is home-brewed so that the right intentions are put in it. The ceremonies are primarily focussed on healing, wisdom and your own individual process. The whole ceremony is guided with selected music and singing. There is no talking during the ceremony and we keep it intimate with a maximum of 12 participants.
Arrival is at 19:00 (7pm), there will be tea and a proper introduction is given about the ceremony. We start around 20:00 (8pm) and it will take 6-8 hours until the ceremony is finished. After that there will be homemade soup. Breakfast is the next morning at 9:30 am. Costs are €150 per ceremony and €395 for 3 consecutive ceremonies.

It is possible to book private (one on one) and group (with friends) ceremonies at Ayamama. Also it’s possible to organize a ceremony on location with a minimum of 12 people. Prices vary for these ceremonies. Send us a message if you want more information.

Personal & Space clearing workshop
During this workshop you learn how energetic blockages are created in the personal energy field as well as in spaces. These energetic charges can consist of trauma, entities or disruptive belief systems. You learn how to let these energies flow again in order to bring balance in the personal energy field as well as in your surroundings (like workspace, home, pieces of land). Food and drinks are included in this workshop. Costs are €200.
