I'm a Canadian living in the Netherlands who has helped work on several recipe books and is currently selling made to order recipe binders and baked goods.

I like to bake and sell Canadian-style treats to raise money for various good causes.

I bake monthly for the Repair Cafe in Winsum which is a place people can bring anything from clothing, bicycles, computers, and small appliances for repair. One can make a donation as thanks according to what they can afford and all repairs are made by knowledgeable volunteers.
